Road Trip!!

Banks and I went to Columbia with Mimi (my mom) to visit with Papa (my mom's father). He slept the whole way there and back, and was so good while we were there. We also got to visit with Jeannie and Sam and the newest addition to the fam, Baby Emmaline.

banks slept from 11:30-7:00 this morning. yippie!! he's the bomb. it's amazing how rested chuck and i felt.

Banks finally slept in his crib

last night banks slept in his crib from 9:45-4:15 - got up to eat - then slept from 4:30-7:30. YEAH!!! when we went in to get him he had moved all the way from the middle of the bed to the far left corner and he was vertical, he's gonna be quite the mover soon!! here are some recent pics of him.

2 month check-up

Banks went to the dr. today for his 2 month visit. Everything went really well. He is now 12.5 pounds (62nd percentile) and he's 23.75 inches long (75th percentile). He also got 4 shots and only cried for a second, although i wanted to cry seeing those nurses with those 4 HUGE needles. Chuck wouldn't know because he waited outside because it made him sad - WUSS!

Here's a couple of pics. Chuck's nephew sent Banks an Iowa outfit for him to wear during the Iowa vs. Carolina bowl game. Apparently it brought Iowa luck - unfortunately!
